Baker

We are looking for a qualified baker to join the supportive team in our Tawa purpose-built bakery. You will be working with a great and friendly team to help create some of Wellington's best pies, cakes, pastries, and breads.

We are a proud Wellington family business in our 49th year.

 The successful applicant will be:

•  Scratch baking a variety of breads including sourdoughs

•  Making pastries, pies, and other small goods

•  Baking a variety of slices, biscuits, and petite gateaux

•  Working with both Deck and Rack ovens

•  Making and finishing doughnuts

•  Helping develop the next industry trends 

•  Baking 5 days per week with 40-45 hours per week.
