 About The Role:


We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Tawa store who will enjoy leading a high-performing team to ensure a premium brand experience is delivered for all customers and that store targets and KPIs are achieved.


This is a Fixed Term role to cover a maternity cover - ending April 2025


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Representing the brand with energy, and pride and displaying high standards in all actions

  • Ensuring the sales team is delivering exemplary customer experience which includes, but is not limited to greeting, fitting, and assisting with meeting the customer's needs and ensuring they experience the full breadth of our product lines.

  • Achieving store sales goals & KPIs

  • Merchandising the store in a global direction and maintaining visual merchandising to the highest standard

  • Delivering the premium fitting service to the highest standard.

  • Operational tasks including replenishing stock levels on the sales floor, organizing and maintaining the organization of the store stockroom, assisting with proper sales promotional setup of the store, and maintenance of the sales floor and stockroom to create a neat, clean, and well-presented store.

Skills and experience required:


  • A minimum of 1-year experience within a similar role and environment 

  • A proven track record of providing high-level customer service to achieve budgets and KPIs

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • The ability to adapt and problem-solve

  • Current NZ work rights

  • A passion for sports and athletic interest is beneficial
