Price Holyoake (NZ) Ltd are looking for a General Factory Hand to join our Tawa Team, Wellington.

The position involves the manufacture of Sheetmetal, Aluminum and Premi-Aire products to meet customer requirements. Experience with presses and cutting machines would be advantageous, but full training will be provided. You would need to be able to be given a task and work to a deadline. Being a good communicator is essential. You will have a mix of practical skills, personality and professionalism and not be afraid to get your hands dirty.

• Be practically minded

• Have experience using press brakes, cutting machines and welding – all would be advantageous, but training will be provided

• Able to maintain a clean and tidy work environment

• Contribute to a safety-first culture

• You will have an eye for detail and be accurate in your duties

• Have good time management and sound planning skills to manage your workload

• Need to be able to work as part of a team and independently

• Have great communication skills and a 'can do' attitude.

• Be fit for work - lifting, pushing and pulling

• Be flexible in your approach

This is a permanent full-time role, typically working Monday to Friday and would suit someone who has worked or is looking to work in a Factory and/or Manufacturing environment.
