We are seeking passionate and experienced chefs and kitchen staff to join our team and elevate our culinary offerings. This is an exciting opportunity for talented chefs and kitchen staff to bring their creativity to a dynamic environment.

The venue is open currently daily for lunch and dinner as well as functions, so you'll need to be available across a 7-day roster that will include weekends

 

What You'll Do:

• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering, and cost management.

• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service and an exceptional guest experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant or bars.

• A passion for contemporary New Zealand cuisine and a strong understanding of local ingredients.

• Creative flair with a keen eye for detail and presentation.

• Knowledge of Hygiene procedures and recording procedures in accordance with food preparation regulations.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

• Team player but also able to work independently when needed

Pay rates will be reflective on successful applicants previous experience and abilities
