He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for People Advisors to join our People Experience team.


Reporting to the National Manager People Partnering & Advisory, you will work closely with the team and our stakeholders to add value in many aspects of HR, including:


  • Provide expert HR advice on various people matters.

  • Handle employment relations cases (e.g., disciplinary matters, performance management, investigations).

  • Offer generalist HR support and lead HR processes.

  • Support people projects and cyclical initiatives.

  • Build positive relationships and influence stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of New Zealand employment law.


He kōrero mōu | About You


We're looking for someone who brings:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline

  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally at Advisor or project level

  • Applied knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and HR best practice

  • Experience supporting employment relations processes, including performance management and disciplinary matters

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships

  • Proactive, well‑organised and detail‑focused, with confidence using HR systems and digital tools
