Based in Tawa, Wellington, we offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the needs of residential and commercial clients throughout the Wellington region, including Wairarapa.
About this role:
This is a permanent full-time role based at our office in Tawa, Wellington.
Working hours are Monday to Friday - 8 am to 4.30 pm.
Starting out as an Administrative Assistant, working closely with our Operations Coordinator, with the end goal of you progressing into a Service Coordinator role.
We are unable to facilitate working from home - we work as a close-knit team with our technicians, sales consultants and owner.
Available to start as soon as possible.
We are looking for people who are able to demonstrate the following personal skills, attributes, professional skills and knowledge:
Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Schedule appointments & meetings.
Provide excellent customer service to our loyal client base, suppliers & technicians with prompt response times & outcomes.
Have a willingness to be flexible and seek opportunities to work in innovative ways to problem-solve.
Strong written & verbal communication is a must.
Have strong time management, methodical & excellent organisational skills.
Be proficient in the use of data-based systems and general computer applications.
Proficient in the use of standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work.
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
