About the role

Sunglass Style is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Part-time Sales Associate to join our team in Tawa, Wellington. As a Part-time Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience to our customers. This is a part-time position, offering flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each customer leaves with a positive impression of our brand

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect sunglasses, offering advice and recommendations based on their needs and preferences

• Maintain a visually appealing and well-organised store environment

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Participate in regular stock-taking and inventory management

• Support the broader retail team with various administrative and operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably in the fashion or accessories industry

• A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and a genuine interest in fashion and sunglasses

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of all ages and backgrounds

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

• A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude
