Store Lead - Porirua

WE’RE HIRING – STORE LEAD (PORIRUA)! 

Zelati is on the hunt for a Store Lead to help run our Porirua site.

This is a full-time role for someone who’s reliable, motivated, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

MUST have strong barista skills!

We’re after someone who can confidently make top-quality coffee, manage the floor, and bring good vibes to every shift.

You’ll also be hands-on with scooping gelato, making desserts and bakes and working as a café all-rounder, so versatility and great customer service are key.

What we’re looking for:

• Barista + hospo experience (minimum 1 year preferred)

• Previous leadership/supervisor experience is a plus

• Strong communicator + team motivator

• Positive, hands-on, and adaptable attitude
