Right now, we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Tawa store!
About the Role:
This is a full-time opportunity (35 Hours per week). Sunday to Thursday: 9:45 am - 5:15 pm
Step into the role of Assistant Store Manager, where you'll thrive by:
Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as managing the team on the Store Manager's RDOs.
Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily
Becoming BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience
Learning the Bendon approach, interacting with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
Excelling in achieving operational functions through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
