Bakery Assistant

We’re looking for a Bakery Assistant to join our small, fun, tight-knit team, helping produce cookies, gelato inclusions and dough for our stores and online orders.

The role

• Approx 20–30 hours per week (3–4 days)

• Monday–Friday daytime hours (between 9am–530pm)

• Based in Tawa

• Option to pick up extra hours when needed

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with cookie & dough production

• Preparing orders for stores + online

• Completing simple production reports

• Following food safety systems

• Maintaining strong attention to detail in production

We’re looking for someone who

• Is self-motivated and can work independently

• Has a great eye for detail

• Communicates well in a small team

• Brings good energy and positive vibes

• Is organised and responsible with food safety

• Is excited to contribute ideas and be part of the team

• Bonus if you have a driver’s licence and can occasionally help with deliveries

• Perfect for someone who enjoys baking/production and takes pride in doing things well.
