He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role


We're on the lookout for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Executive Assistant to support two roles in our Executive team; our Chief People Officer (CPO) and Group Director Governance & Strategy. If you're detail-oriented, confident in managing sensitive information, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.


This role is ideal for someone who has previously supported senior leaders in areas like Strategy or People & Culture, and who brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to their work.


Your day might include:

  • Administrative Excellence

  • Preparing high-quality communications

  • Managing board papers

  • Proofreading and formatting documents with precision

  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and events

  • Supporting planning and project tracking

  • Maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment

Role is based in Wellington (other locations may be considered) with occasional national travel.


He kōrero mōu | About You


You're a professional and experienced EA who embodies our values and brings:

  • Min of five years of proven EA experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or equivalent

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Confidence and professionalism in managing sensitive information with discretion

  • A calm, proactive and solution-focused mindset and ability to anticipate needs

  • Experience in the social services sector (preferred)

  • Full NZ Driver Licence
