Front of House All-Rounder (Part-Time)

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a vibrant and welcoming environment? Madam Saigon, a well-loved family-run Vietnamese restaurant in Tawa, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House All-Rounder to join our team on a part-time basis.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves hospitality, and can become a valued part of our close-knit team.

About the Role:

As a Front of House All-Rounder, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every customer enjoys a fantastic dining experience. This dynamic role involves a mix of responsibilities, including:

• Greeting and seating guests with a warm smile.

• Taking orders and serving food and beverages.

• Assisting at the bar with drink preparation and service.

• Helping with food running and ensuring smooth service during busy periods.

• Handling payments and maintaining an organised front-of-house area.

• Providing general support to the team wherever needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential.

• A friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

• Barista or bartending experience is a bonus.

• Availability to work nights during weekdays and weekends is a must.

• A reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
