Part-Time Bartender / Bar & Kitchen Assistant

The Huddle is a growing sports bar, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. While this is a part-time position, there is potential for it to develop into a more permanent role, with opportunities for internal progression as our business continues to expand.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving customers and preparing beverages 

• Delivering outstanding customer service 

• Operating the bar and handling transactions 

• Preparing and serving bar snacks 

• Cooking deep-fried menu items 

• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards 

• Assisting with day-to-day venue operations 

• Supporting gaming room operations when required

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred 

• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude 

• Ability to work well within a small team 

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn 

• Experience with gaming/gambling room operations is an advantage but not essential (training can be provided) 

• Current Duty Manager's Certificate is highly desirable Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
