About the role
Creative Curtains Tawa is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in Tawa, Wellington. As a full-time Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth for our premium home furnishings business.
What you'll be doing
Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our wide range of curtains, blinds, and other home decor products
Assisting customers with product selection, measurements, and design consultations
Closing sales and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience
Maintaining exceptional product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends
Contributing to the overall sales and revenue goals of the store
Delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients
What we're looking for
Proven sales experience, ideally in the home furnishings industry
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers
Creative flair and an eye for design, with the ability to translate customer preferences into the perfect home decor solutions
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers
