Sunglass Style is a proudly NZ‑owned and operated company 10 stores across New Zealand; we are on the hunt for our next Store Manager at Tawa Outlet City. What We’re Looking for in a Sunglass Style Manager
Previous experience in a leadership
Proven success in sales and a passion for coaching others to achieve their best
Strong customer experience focus
Ability to build a positive, high‑performing team culture
Great time‑management skills

Self‑motivated and results‑driven
About the Role
This role is based in Tawa, a Monday to Friday roster 10- 5 with flexibility and the responsibility required to cover additional shifts over the weekend if needed.
You’ll be responsible for all aspects of store management, including:
Building and leading a motivated, engaged team
Driving a strong sales culture and delivering exceptional customer experience
Managing all administrative duties including rosters
Visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards
Stock management and store presentation
