New World Tawa is growing, and we're looking for enthusiastic, friendly people to join our team!

We have a variety of roles available across the store, with both full-time and part-time opportunities depending on the successful applicant.

Duty Managers (Closing Shifts)

Lead the team through our evening trade, deliver great customer service, and help ensure the store closes safely and efficiently each night. A current Duty Manager's Certificate is preferred, but not essential.

Inventory

Are you organised and enjoy working behind the scenes? Help keep our stock accurate through cycle counting, stock investigations, and inventory control.

Office Administration & Human Resources

Support the day-to-day running of the store through administration, accounts, and HR. You'll assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and helping create a positive workplace for our team.

Part-time & Casual Team Members

Looking for after-school, evening, weekend, or flexible work? Whether you're a student, returning to the workforce, or simply looking for extra hours, we'd love to hear from you. We have opportunities across a variety of departments.
