(30 years experience) " The Team I am a mom of two beautiful young adult boys. I am twice a cancer survivor which has taught me to truly appreciate life. Having journeyed and experienced health challenges and life traumas, I have gratitude and enjoy living for the day. I am passionate about the human body and its design on both macroscopic, microscopic, and energetic levels. I embrace the fusion of having studied the body from a Western (scientific) model but also allowing space and respect for the body's natural healing potential, when structural balance is achieved. I continue to learn and grow both personally and professionally through ongoing study in both traditional and more natural therapeutic approaches. I believe strongly in the saying - practice what you preach. The human body has an amazing design especially when nurtured, supported, and allowed to 'breathe'. Lise

We want to help you achieve all that you can with the projects you have around your home. We want you to look at the result and say … "YES! That's what I wanted." We follow the rules. The council's rules, and the building code rules. If a part of the project needs certification or sign-off by someone, then we get it. We take care of all those issues, so you don't have to worry. We have a good-sized team of builders from apprentices to qualified LBP and we have women builders too. To support our team we also use suitably qualified or experienced people to carry out the work on your property. If the job needs input from an architect an engineer or a fire safety specialist, then we involve them. If we need an electrician or a plumber or a drainlayer or a specialist earth-mover then we ring them up and get them on site. We don't take shortcuts. We get involved early in the process, i.e. when clients are thinking they want to do a building project and don't know where to start. Where we are different, we can take the initial thoughts and ideas, and then give you an indication about the likely costs of the project. It is so important to do this early in the process before you invest time and money with architects, engineers, surveys, and council and then find out that what has been designed and approved doesn't align with what you are happy to invest. We offer an end service from design to completion. However, if you have your plans already and just need a builder we can definitely help with that too. We believe that you are entitled to some simple things like Cleanliness, Promptness, Common Courtesy, Reliability, Respect, Commitment, Perseverance and Flexibility. Our focus is on delivering the best job we can for you. It's who we are. It's what we believe in. We help from ideas to keys without fuss, drama, or confusion. We also have our sister company The Timber Reclaimers, where we take the materials from our building sites and reclaim, repurpose, and recycle them into coasters, hotmelts, charcuterie boards, and more. This is our way of supporting sustainability. That's why we are called Smartway Builders - Expertise on Every Level Check our Youtube Channel - Smartway Builders - YouTube

- Tawa Business Directory - 24/7 Fitness
< Back to Business Directory 24/7 Fitness 04 232 5653 tawa@247fitness.co.nz 35 Oxford Street, Tawa, Wellington, New Zealand Hours: 24/7 We have very humble beginnings (our very first members will be able to attest to that). I established 24/7 Fitness with a very simple motive and that was to help others. It was apparent to me that when 24/7 Fitness was established the fitness industry was dominated by high pricing and overcrowding due to restrictive opening hours. These factors made it difficult for many (including my own family and friends) to benefit from a regular fitness regime at a gym facility. I decided to take a risk and offer something that was very different from the norm and offer those benefits that currently weren’t available of low membership fees and open hours with no limitations. Since our establishment or motive and mission hasn’t really changed but only expanded a little. Our Mission plain and simple is to ENRICH lives through an HONEST, SINCERE and CHARITABLE service. Love the people we work with (members and gym owners) and bless their lives through what we do. Do what we do well and love it. ENRICH = Improve or Enhance the quality or value of their lives HONEST = Doing what we say and following through on our promises SINCERE = Genuine in our approach and focussed on people not numbers CHARITABLE = Always looking for opportunities to assist those who cannot assist themselves
